Planning and development – TEST

This stage requires the involvement of planners, contract managers, designers from the investment realization department, project managers, accountants and lawyers.

It is based on Vortex Energy’s long-standing good relationships with local governments, local communities, and financial institutions, among others. Vortex Energy also is experienced in preparing projects to participate in auctions held by the Energy Regulatory Office (URE).

  • Arrangement of the terms of cooperation with owners of land intended for investment and signing lease agreements
  • Contacts with local authorities and offices
  • Obtaining necessary permits and decisions (environmental decisions, building permits, grid connection conditions)
  • Development of complete project documentation
  • Projects preparation to participate in the RES auction
